Eastern Canada 9N/10D

Main Info

Canada is more than the good looks of hulking-mountain, craggy-coast: it also prepares excellent meals, the cool culture of rocks, and unfurls wild, moose-spotting road trips. At a sidewalk bistro in Montréal, drink a café au lait and rip into a flaky croissant; slurp noodles or go to an Asian night market in the Vancouver area; discover the rich performing arts scene in Toronto; enter a wild-fiddling Celtic band on Cape Breton Island; and kayak among rainforest-cloaked tribal villages on Haida Gwaii: through its range and throughout its towns, Canada is extremely diverse. In music, you can hear it, see it in the arts, and taste it in the kitchen.
